On the municipal side, Karen has been: 1) serving as Chair of the Village of Lake Barrington’s Planning Commission since 2004; 2) Village Engineer for Northfield, IL since 2009, and 3) worked nine years as the Deputy Director of Engineering for the Village of Arlington Heights, IL.
